"...I'd heard good things about Zeald from a number of our clients - so I was expecting good things. I wasn't disappointed. Our E-business Consultant, Ron Giles, got things off to a great start. Ron was very good, very professional and he explained things well.

In the early stages Zeald provided us with a well laid out plan to get the ball rolling. That document was excellent, allowing us to complete a very comprehensive review of our needs and expectations. We are a unique organisation and it was pleasing to discover that Zeald had the capacity to connect with us at our level and focus on the areas that are important for our business.

From that point, the Design team took our finalised plan and presented a draft design proposal. The design was very well done and we found we needed to make minimal changes. The whole design process was a lot faster than I was expecting too, which was great.

Being the kind of organisation that we are, time is always at a premium. For this reason, we decided to make use of Zeald's 'Remote Content Loading' service in the go-live process. Our contact, Louise Home Dewar, was excellent, and deserves special mention. In fact we've continued to utilise her skills and expertise even now, on as 'as required' basis. It's far more cost effective for us to send changes to Louise as she gets things done in no time. Things that would tie us up un-necessarily at this early stage. What's nice about Zeald is that you can choose the level of input that you particularly want.

We're very happy with our Zeald website. We've already noticed that we're getting a lot more contact from users and more online bookings than we've ever had. It's been a great result.

Zeald comes very highly recommended! From the moment I went into the Zeald seminar, and all the way through to my website launch, everything has been great. I can't say enough about Zeald! Even before my site went live I was telling people about them “because I knew already, just from seeing what they have done for us, how many people out there really need website help!

The online support has been excellent, there was never a time when I called that I didn't get the help that I was hoping to get. I think the biggest thing that helped in the process was the tutorials you access online, plus the backup support which was fast and fantastic.
Putting our site together has been a labour of love but with things like the Q & A pages which are very straightforward and easy to understand - it just made it all so much easier. Thank you Zeald, you have provided an absolute education into the world of website marketing!

If you search for an item we have, adding NZ, we appear on the first page and usually in the top few listings. (We pay for no advertising.) This must be because of the Zeald system. A friend complained to me recently that he couldn't find his own (not Zeald) website and he knew what he was looking for. It's very easy, when starting out, to go on price for websites, but there's no point in paying anything if no one can find you."
